Mafia coming from abroad are hiding in Africa triggering some unexpected events. A German UN general and an American prostitute have a black son. The birth of Peter Panne is seen as a miracle, earning him the name of Jesus, since the couple portrayed by Kitten Natividad (who became famous by Russ Meyer's films) and Udo Kier never have sexual intercourse. Lazy in his UN mission, Werner Brenner frolics with a bodybuilder. His wife Martha, the prostitute, finds the child in the arms of the salacious athlete and tries to stop his cries by offering him her earring to play with. A bloody passerby distracts them and the unwatched child injures himself with the sharp object. After surgery, he has a dripping slit on his head. Having survived this incident, his reputation of invincibility leads the African chief Hassan to send him and his mother in a rocket to crush the White House, where the artist Jeff Koons and La Cicciolina's romps are filmed. Surviving the blast, Peter and his mother have a child.
